Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all tags and packaging intact. For your safety and ours, certain hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned (see Non-Returnable Items below).

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our cycling enthusiasts, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cycling Bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
  • Saddles & Seats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any products with removed or damaged serial numbers
  • Items not in original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to ensure smooth processing:

  2. Wait for Approval – Our gear-obsessed support team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging with all included materials

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We’ll cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived defective

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
