Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you if there are any delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” if sending back to avoid additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cycling Bottoms
- Saddles & Seats
- Any products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Items not in original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval – Our gear-obsessed support team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions

Return Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- We’ll cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item or if it arrived defective
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after approval
- Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notice: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days may be needed for your bank to post the refund
Exchange Process
For exchanges (when available):

- Clearly state your desired replacement item in your initial email
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective:
